Lousy company! I'd say they were a bit better until around 2013 when they accidently pumped oh-I'd say about 15-20 gallons of oil into my tank [they carelessly filled tank when I only asked them to please use the remainder of what was in my Fuel Assistance budget.When I was billed,I called & of course they were rude & threatened to take me to court to pay for that extra Oil I did NOT order,instead of owning the mistake.around 2 mos later I spoke to the owner whe still couldn't let go of that $125 or whatever they claimed I was responsible for [the rude lady before I guess quit before then or got fired] so the owner thought of an ingenious crafty plan-they use about 2 trucks & 5-10 buff guys[who were kind of Douches w attitudes also] to pump out the Oil from my tank ,because they were so worried about that $125 they claimed I was responsible for-stroke of genious-eh? They probably spent more $ & manpower extracting that 20 Gallons of oil! Yep-that receptionist or at least one of them needs some mannersto,like another reviewer said.Please don't use this Co. Kieress is way better & cooler people!

Surner replaced our HVAC system last week and we couldn’t be happier. I chose Surner because I’d heard from multiple friends and family that they are both highly competent and straight-shooters. I felt a little out of my depths in selecting a new system, and Steve from sales made two visits to help walk me through the various options, fuel types, etc. He didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive option, but helped me find the best “bang for the buck”. I got a couple of quotes from other companies too for comparison, and Surner was also the most competitive (I would have picked them even if they hadn’t been the lowest price).

The installation was super smooth. The Surner team was efficient, professional, and friendly. They patiently answered my questions and walked me through everything I needed to know about my new system.

Most importantly, however, I feel secure knowing that Surner will stand behind their work and will be there for me down the road should I encounter any problems. As I said above, we couldn’t be happier.

Surner's the best. We've used them for heating oil and furnace service for going on 30 years. Over time we've had just about everything replaced by them. The latest was to replace a central A/C unit that was old and rusty when we moved in. Surner offered alternatives, and we chose a high efficiency heat pump. Their team was in and done in a few hours doing a really professional installation while observing safety precautions for Covid-19. I can't imagine choosing anyone but Surner for local service.

Surner Heating has caused me and my home nothing but trouble. They have consistently been late or no-shows on oil delivery, particularly in the winter months. This is not just disappointing, but unprofessional. The receptionists have a track record of poor customer service. I would not recommend their services to anyone in the valley.

Friendly and responsive both on the phone and in the field. Our deliveries have always been right on time and go without a hitch. Unfortunately we woke up to a busted blower motor this morning, and the problem was fixed before lunch. Our tech Wayne was great, and took the time to explain what had gone wrong. He also checked in with us about our tank, and was friendly and helpful in explaining the problem of not having a whistle on there. A really great experience. Thanks again!
