Rocky HVAC

Fast response, good service. Was a little more than I wanted to spend - $575 for condensor motor but price didn't seem exhorbitant either. During service, blade unit set-bolt was lost in grass & necessitated run out to local HD to get replacement so repair took 2x as long to complete.

I was referred to Rocky HVAC by a friend in the construction business. One of my residential central AC units had a problem and my home was not being heated adequately. Rocky HVAC was able to send a technician to fix the troubled AC unit immediately, despite the fact that it was a weekend (a Sunday) and I live across the bay bridge on Kent Island. Service was quick and excellent. Tech also was respectful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Tech also explained the issue, root cause, and corrective action required. I highly recommend Rocky HVAC and they will be my new heating and air contractor going forward!

We use Rocky HVAC for our 4 restaurant locations and he and his crew always do a good job. He will go over everything with you in detail, and doesn't over charge for replacement parts. His labor charge is very reasonable. I recommend using him for residential and commercial service.

Wow, from answering the phone quickly, to keeping me posted on the arrival of the technician, a friendly and competent technician, and fair pricing, I can't say more good things about this experience with Rocky HVAC. Mind you, this was on a 98 degree day and I'm sure there are many calls! Highly recommended.

Rocky HVAC has done a great job of helping our church update our boiler and thermostats. Even when one wasn’t working very well they came back several times until they got it right saying we are committed to making sure everything is right so call us anytime and we will come. It’s our job!!!!!

I had them come fix my heat back in October 2019 and they came and fixed it and everything was working fine til again in 5 months, I'm having the same exact problem with the heat not working. I called them back and first of all "Rocky" wouldn't even let me speak on the phone. Believe he is the owner, and he has no sense of professionalism whatsoever. He cut me off several times to try and speak his nonsense of "we have guarantee on our parts but not labor." He gave us a timeframe where they would came back to take a look at it, and the tech was not here within that time frame and when I texted and asked him he replies "let me talk to tech" So all this time, the tech doesn't seem like he even know he's suppose to be coming to my house. I would never recommend them to anyone. I had no problems with the tech, he was nice, the one that came to fix the issue initially. Company is just out to make money and very unprofessional. Overpriced.

Life saver ! My AC was totally shut down , and another company quoted me a lot of money. My friend told me about them , so I tried them. Rocky the tech did a great job. He was nice , friendly and fixed my ac for half the cost. He came late night when it was 90 degrees plus. Thank you so much , I am a lifetime customer !!

Had them come out to my liquior store to check heat not working. Said it was a bad heat exchanger, called another company and they said the heat exchanger was cracked and bad but rocky also cut a sloppy hole in the backside of discharge ducting when all they had to do was diagnose from the front the new company said and/or repatched the hole correctly if you needed to cut duct to diagnose. Now i have to spend money to have it sealed so no rain can come in plus heat exchanger repair. Idiots. Stay away

I really couldn't be happier with this company. Since we found them a couple months ago, they have helped our property management company who experienced endless HVAC vendors who were overpriced and unreliable. The owner of the company is very responsive and always works with us to bring the best results and prices to our tenants and home owners. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Keep it up!!
