Would recommend Rocky to anyone! On the coldest day ever our heat went out and the first thing I thought was how would I keep my baby warm.
I called Rocky at 6 am and the technician was here before 9. He was thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and a true life saver. Less than three hours later and we have heat again and I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing.

They came over with 2 hrs to fix our air conditioner. They were polite, professional, and the most economical. They were straight forward and fixed it quickly. I would definitely use them in the future.

I love their app - tell you when someone arrives, updates as someone heads over, etc.

Owner is very friendly and helpful and reach out to me. He cares so much about the customer and reach out to follow up his company crew work and customer's satisfaction. We had a late-night issue with our AC system and Rocky came out that same night (when all other services I called had a wait time of days). He capably diagnosed the problem, found the part shortly thereafter, and then returned to replace it. Now, it's working great. He was not only professional, but also friendly and very courteous. He's also incredibly responsive via text and phone, and always called to let us know he was on the way. He has my highest recommendation!

Amazing response time! I submitted an online request and received a call to schedule my appointment in about an hour. The company texts prior to arriving and showed up within the scheduled time frame. The technician Mr. Singh was very polite. He took the time to look at both my AC and furnace and explained my options. Will definitely use this company again.

The team at Rocky (especially Love and his brother) are fantastic. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and best of all fast! We called with an AC emergency at 11 pm with 95 degree weather forecasted the next day and they had us up and running by Noon. They fully replaced our blower motor and gave detailed advice on how to keep the unit up and running for years to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Rocky replaced my HVAC system a few years ago for a great price. The A/C had not kept up in the summer so I called Rocky and her came out the next day on a holiday and diagnosed the issue at no charge. The unit was actually running great and it is a lack of insulation in my attic causing the issue. Would highly recommend Rocky, he is a very standup guy.

I own a bakery and I walked in this morning (Saturday) at 10 and discovered that my walk-in refrigerator was not working. I scanned the internet and Rocky HVAC had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. The young lady said someone would call back in 10-15 minutes and he did. We are in the middle of a heat wave. It is 93, but feels like 104, so I figured they would say Tuesday. Nope, he could have a service man here between 12-2 today. The young man showed up at 11:45. He, fixed the problem and the fridge is running ice cold just like it should. My service man, Love, was nice and professional and gave me tips on how to care for my equipment so this doesn't happen again. This type of outage is a health-code violation, so I am grateful for the quick response, fast fix and reasonable price. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Rocky fixed my AC in the middle of the night and on a Sunday! Outstanding Customer Service and very reasonable prices! He is the best, you can count on him! I recommend him 100% he will show up and get the job done! You can trust him!

I called at 8, they were here a little after 10, my problem was fixed by 1130. Couldn't be happier with the quick appointment and service. My HVAC was installed by another company and under parts and labor warranty, but they couldn't come for 10 days. Definitely made the right call!
