Climate Masters Llc

Do not use this company. I used them to replace my compressor through AHS. in Aug 2021 and paid 900 for refrigerant. The compressor has been broken since November 2021 and I now have to have it replaced again and pay $600 more for refrigerant. Climate Masters installed a 2004 unit!!!!! That’s 21 years old.

My appointment was a 6 hour window and told me they were running behind an hour or two. They told me they would call on their way and never did. They wasted my entire day and never showed. I left several messages on the phone and emailed and they never responded. I throw great caution to anyone thinking about using this company. I do not know how they are even in business the way they treat their customers. Terribly disappointing.

If I was you I would stay away from this company. I have been waiting to get my A/C fixed since August 2022 and it still hasn’t been fixed.

Company do not respond !
Never on time (no call no show) at that !
Say one thing then it’s another !
Will leave you for dead !
They act like they so damn busy when they not !

There were some issues with scheduling several times but when the technician arrived he got right to work and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

The tech that did our original service was great but his boss is rude and disrespectful would not recommend them to anyone.

My air stop working they came out next day fixed it in 100 degree weather thank you

Kyle was very respectful and fixed the problem asap
