Spring preventive maintenance performed by Jonathan. Jonathan''s work is superb; thorough and informative. He is professional and friendly, and in this time of COVID, takes all preventive precautions. I am extremely pleased with his performance and Fresh Air Concepts LLC.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company. The repair resulted in further damage to my AC unit approximately 45 days after their repair(they did not properly secure the capacitor they replaced and it shook loose and caused major damage to the unit). They were unresponsive to my attempts at reconciliation until I filed a complaint with the BBB, at which time they stated that their work is only guaranteed for 30 days and lied about returning my calls or e-mails.

John has serviced my HVAC systems for several years. Always professional, open to answering my many questions, thorough. Highly recommend the company and John in particular
