I have used Fresh Air Concepts for years. John always does an excellent job. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He is very courteous and always takes the time to answer any questions.

We have used FAC for the entire 11 years we have owned our home and have recommended them to several neighbors. We chose them because they were the top ranked Carrier dealer in our area and have been using them ever since. They have done our twice yearly maintenance and the replacement of two units. Each time a major repair was required I sent FAC's quote to my nephew, who is in the HVAC business in another part of the country. Each time he blessed their proposal as exactly what he would do. FAC also does a great job at retaining technicians. Our current one has serviced our units for several years. We wouldn't trust anyone else to service our systems.

Highly recommend this company for any HVAC repairs or new installs! I've used them on two of my houses. My 10 year old furnace recently went down and they had me up and running the same day. The owner Joe explained everything and the technicians were friendly and did a great job. High recommend!

My AC went bad in the start of summer (perfect timing!) I was able to get a quick response from FAC for an estimate of a new AC install, and got the quote the next day from Joe himself! (Unlike other highly marketed companies in the DMV who wanted me to wait 2 weeks or didn't even respond back) Both Joe and the technicians came right at the time they said, didn't make me wait a 3-5hr to come at the very last 15 min of the time window. Rob and his assistant were super professional, honest and did a thorough and clean job with the new install. Joe dropped cost for installing a new thermostat, which was super awesome. Thank you and I recommend FAC for anyone who is seeking heating or cooling help.

I had a problem with my AC in the middle of a heat wave. I called and they were able to send someone out quickly.

I have the HVAC installed today. Two service men removed the old system and installed brand new furnace and AC. They work hard and are professional. I strongly recommend FAC.

We are so pleased with John for diagnosing, fixing and explaining everything to us. He went above and beyond checking every vent and mechanical component of our HVAC including accessing both attics. Robert did a fantastic job - went above and beyond the issue we were having with our HVAC system and explained everything in layman's terms so that we knew why it was not working. I would highly recommend them for anything you may need related to your Heating and Cooling systems.
