Highly recommend this company! our technician Pep came out, diagnosed and replaced the part for our ac unit and left within 30 minutes. I got a same day appointment within an hour time frame. they have been incredible and now we have ice cold air blowing through our house on this super hot day! thank you so much!!

Our experience with Fresh Air Concepts (FAC) was excellent.

Randy came by to give us a quote and thoroughly inspected our house, explaining the intricacies of heating and cooling an older home. He said that FAC did not employ pressure sales tactics, which gave us time to review the quote and evaluate the different tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).

We were able to schedule the installation shortly after accepting the quote. Robert and his partner installed the heating and cooling unit that day, even taking off and reattaching the basement door to fit the unit downstairs. After installing, they gave us a great overview of the system, what to expect, and how to maintain.

Overall, FAC was great, and we will be repeat customers.

I worked with Randy (in sales) to get a number of things done. He was very responsive and explained things as Fresh Air Concepts installed a whole new (from Scratch) central A/C system by Carrier in our attic and for our bedroom level that was not present before (Brand new duct installation. Thermostat. Return vents placement. Ceiling and Wall Registers Installation. Air handler installation. Outdoor Compressor Installation.) They used subcontracters to help since our house was a little more challenging since it is an historic home. Even so, their prices were reasonable and competetive with the other companies out there. The other thing that they did for us is replace our old mini ductless system on our first 2 floors with new heads and compressors from Mitsubishi. We kept the mini ductless system on the lower levels because getting central a/c ducts down to the lower levels would have been impossible without having awkward bulk heads etc. due to no room in walls and ceiling which is the nature of having an historic home built before invention of AC! Everything went off without a hitch and they did a great job. This company really stands behind their work and Randy was a pleasure to deal with. I just had a good feeling from the beginning and that is why I chose Fresh Air Concepts. I was not diappointed and neither will you be if you use them. Very Reliable and work done in timely manner as well. They stand behind their products and labor and are quick to fix any unforeseen glitches that come up. I really can't say enough good things about them!

All of the guys on the job were very professional. I have had a lot of renovations and service work done over the years. I am very impressed. They came in and covered the floors.cleaned up each night before they left. Stayed very late both nights to finish the job on time. Kept me informed every step of the way. The project looks even better than I thought it would. Excited to use the product.

I had called several companies in the area and was told it would be at least 2 days before someone could come out, but you were able to send someone the same day. The technician was nice and efficient.

Felipe was great! Diagnosed the problem very quickly, fixed the air conditioner and made sure it was running properly. Felipe was very courteous and friendly.

They arrived right away and conducted a careful assessment. He was able to identify the issue promptly and solve it successfully. We have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone because the service charges were quite fair. We enrolled in routine maintenance and will use them for any future HVAC requirements.

Tech was very friendly, and prompt within the time frame. He gave us lots of education about the system to help for future situations. Only complaint would be that we ended up with a stain on our new carpet, near the HVAC. Overall, would use this company again.
