I really enjoyed my experience with Freah Air Concepts. My heat went out just before Christmas. I worked with Randy on the business end and Pep was my Technician. Randy was super supportive as I asked him a million questions as I'm new to this process. He explained everything to me and even filed the warranty claim for my new HVAC. Randy made this process as smooth as possible.

Pep genuinely cares about his clients. He was very clean and wore shoe covers inside of my house. He also brought a tarp so that the tools and debris from the HVAC swap didn't mess up my carpet. I really appreciate Pep having a positive mindset during this entire process. From fixing my old HVAC to diagnosing the problems, he was super positive which helped me relax, as I was super upset about not having heat for Christmas. The FAC is a very supportive team all around. Thank you, Fresh Air Concepts!!!

We contacted Fresh Air Concepts after issues with our original installer. Our original maintenance contract appointment was just two weeks before this, and yet your technician discovered an exposed wire barely hanging on. So clearly our original installer is not doing as thorough job as your technician. We greatly appreciate this attention to detail.

Rob and Joel were real professionals. We were replacing a mini spit system that had a power surge and had a less than stellar install, they came in and corrected all the previous mishaps and installed a new mini split. These guys were top notch.

The serviceman Jonathan was very thorough, enterprising when there were challenges like when the hose bib did not work and helpful providing recommendations that would extend the life and reduce maintenance costs over the lifetime of the unit. I greatly appreciate Fresh Air Concepts for the expertise and professionalism of their technicians, the quality of the equipment they have installed, and the prices are very reasonable.
