After developing an issue with our AC system, I called several local HVAC companies and had frustrating experiences. Then I called Fresh Air Concepts. Within a day, a sales rep came to our house to take a look. He went above and beyond--he identified the issue with our existing system and scheduled a tech to come out the next day to fix it. Easy as that. He also provided a detailed estimate for a new system, but did not pressure or suggest an unnecessarily expensive upgrade. Straight shooters--that's what I like.
