Beltway Air Conditioning & Heating

I was a little hesitant to contact yet another random HVAC company after having some less than helpful service calls from other nearby businesses this past summer, but was obligated considering we were left without heat in this "arctic blast" yesterday and into this morning (Christmas Eve of all times!).

I was promptly connected to an actual person, not automated voice system putting me on hold for 5-10 minutes like a lot of other home service companies, and was so relieved to find out they could quickly get somebody out to service our system for lack of heating. The power was knocked out in my neck of the woods yesterday around 11am and didn't come back on until 4am this morning. I thought all was well until I was awakened by what seemed to be even colder temps than I'd experienced the whole day before without heat.

The service technician, I don't remember his name, was friendly, professional and I greatly appreciated his respect for our home by entering with booties. He quickly got to checking out the furnace and found the issue in a snap. Upon chatting with him, to my surprise, I found he had been acquainted with this exact system a few years prior because he was the installer! It seriously made my day seeing as we'd had a few questions about it and when we bought the house from the previous owner we weren't given any kind of records to reference.

All in all, 5 star service. My only complaint, if there was one, was the steep service fee to diagnose the problem. I can't complain though considering this was a "Christmas Miracle" if there ever was one that we now know who to contact for future questions/problems in the coming years. I gladly paid for a service contract, $99, so that hopefully we can keep this HVAC up and running as it should in the hands of a professional that will be honest and helpful.

Your representative was extremely helpful, explaining every detail of what needed to be done to the air conditioning in my home. He also was courteous and respectful.

Service was fine and very professional. Maintenance check was fine and the system is running good. Thank you Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating for always providing excellent service. All of your office staff and all of your technicians have been courteous and professional .

Both of the tech who came out were super friendly. Explained everything that was going on with our system and we’re very knowledgeable. Service was prompt and very professional. Highly recommend.

Moe came to service our furnace and did an excellent job of explaining to us the issues and and pointing our some truly dangerous problems with our 20 year old furnace. Unfortunately the furnace had to be condemned but I'm so grateful for Moe doing wat was best for my family's safely. Needless to say we had to purchase a new furnace that will be installed this week. Beltway was great to credit us monies we had spent earlier this year on a repair with them and provided very efficient space heaters to keep our house warm until the new furnace is installed. Beltway has been a great company to work with!

Jude was great. He did the service he came to do, and actually went above and beyond. I was putting together a piece of fitness equipment, he was finished for the day and decided to help me to finish the assembly before he left - just so helpful!

Tech Moshood Alaka was very professional, he checked over my system, explained different parts of the heater. Showed me some maintenance I could do that nobody else had shown me. He was open to all my questions. I was happy with the service provided.

Christopher C (CJ) did an awesome job servicing my A/C unit. I was impressed by the level of detail and diligence from CJ. Very patient with my many questions and explained things in layman's terms so that I can better understand the process and issue. CJ was very professional and considerate and I appreciated his pleasant demeanor.

Very prompt service. Awesome customer service. Detailed explanation of what’s wrong with my furnace. Unlike Constellation Home, technicians seem knowledgeable and care about the well being of my family having heat in late fall/early winter.
