CJ was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed as he looked over the system to make sure it was working well. Every appointment I have had with the company has been great, very professional, and quick to respond.

I called to have an estimate done on a totally new system install, including duct work. The person who came out was nice enough and everything seemed to be very doable since we have basement access. He said it would take a week to get the estimate written up and I waited almost two weeks before I emailed to see what the wait was due to. It took someone another 3 days to contact me just to let me know they couldn’t get to my project right away. I told the estimator that we would not be making this update till next year so I didn’t even need the job done now. I just needed a quote. They then told me it would cost $35-40k for a new system install, which was outrageous compared to what multiple sources told me it would cost. Just another money grubbing company. I won’t be bothering.

Moe was awesome! I had already met with another company and they couldn’t figure out the issue. Moe figured it out in just a few minutes. Was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything.

Jimmy came out today to service my 12 year old HVAC system and was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained what he saw and did and showed me pictures on his cell phone of my HVAC system parts that need attention - and recommended several service actions to keep my system running efficiently. I trusted him, so I decided to have the work done. I highly recommend this company!

My A/C unit stopped working last night so I called this morning and Haden and Quincey came out later that same day! They were able to quickly identify the issue (the capacitor burnt out) and replace it and the melted wires. They were good at explaining what happened and professional during the entire visit. I can't recommend them enough!

SCAM ALERT... PLEASE READ. Do not hire this company!! Here's the scam. They will convince you to get a poorly rated hvac system (Goodman) because they'll offer you a 10 year labor warranty that includes a free maintenance check every 6 months. What they don't tell you is that the maintenance appointments are only free for the 1st year and then you're forced to join their maintenance program and have to pay them $240 a year for their service plan or lose your warranty. Then they tell you that they can only perform a maintenance appointment Monday-Friday from 9 am to 3 pm when they know most people are working. So either you can't accommodate their ridiculous schedule or you can't afford to pay them the $2,160 in hidden fees and you lose the warranty. And the sales rep that pulled this stunt is their district manager so safe to say they know exactly what they're doing here. Not illegal, but extremely unethical.

Moe was super professional, informative, and personable. From making the appointment to getting the AC unit serviced, Beltway made it easy, and their service was top notch. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them for future needs.

CJ arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He throughly inspected my HVAC unit and took the time to explain fully what was going on with my system. I needed some repairs which he pointed out and was very helpful in explaining why the repairs were need. I am very happy with the service I received.

Beltway Heat and Air were responsive quickly to schedule an appointment to repair my furnace the same day. Levitt and Airik arrived several hours ahead of the scheduled time and had me back up and running in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will call again if system fails again.
