Beltway Air Conditioning was great to work with when we had no heat in our house. Moe and Arik were very professional and knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done. Both gentlemen were very personable and set my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this vendor and these two techs!

This was my second HVAC maintenance service call with Beltway - first was at the start of fall. Just like my first call this one was excellent. Moe (the tech) was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly noticed something was not running properly with my system….Personally, I thought my system should’ve been performing better, but apparently I just got used to it - this was a routine service call. After hooking up his equipment he diagnosed the problem. Moe explain in detail why my system was not running efficiently, and discussed what was wrong at a level I understood. He went on to fix the problem also installed a part that would help my unit have a longer lifespan. Later that night when I kicked on the heat, my wife and I immediately noticed a difference in the heat. Very satisfied with Beltway and the service Moe provided 👍🏾.

My blower motor in the air handler began to short and no longer work in spring 2022. I’d called three HVAC companies for diagnostics of my aging system, with cost sheets for all the proposals they left with me to to discuss it with my fiancé. Some of the proposals were simply bandaging the 30+ year old system (original system from home builders), and seeing how much life I could still get out of the components. The additional proposal were a complete replacement of the whole heating/cooling system minus ductwork. Inevitably, it was more cost productive to replace the system and not worry about constant system failures requiring maintenance. Furthermore, getting parts for the older system was much harder, and take a longer time to receive based on shortages during that time period.

Accounting for the age of the original system, reoccurring maintenance issues, parts shortages and wait times for repairs. I found in my situation it was best to replace the whole system, and used Beltway HVAC services. They were prompt, professional, upfront with options/costs, and even financing options. As for the day of install, a full crew showed up, laid down barriers protecting my property, and were very careful traversing through the house with the clean booties on their feet. Their work speaks for itself. Beltway continually had someone cleaning up as the job progressed, it didn’t matter who it was on the job site. If you weren’t actively work on a particular part of the installation at that time you were getting materials together and cleaning. The old system was removed, hauled off site, new system installed and all checklist items were done in a matter of a few hours. They worked like a well oiled machine. Moreover, I decided to purchase the maintenance plan through Beltway, and they come out twice a year for system maintenance & inspection. Finally, with the warranty and maintenance plan purchased, there’s one less major household stress and financial burden waiting to occur.

I have, and will continue to recommend Beltway Heating & Air Conditioning Services to family, friends, co-workers and anyone else who may be interested.

Every tech that has come out to service my unit has been exceptional. Big shout out to Haden for finding and alerting me to a problem and potential fire hazard on his call a couple weeks ago and to Moe today for coming out to install the new disconnect part. They are so very professional and knowledgeable. Very courteous, kind and respectful. I'm on the family plan and feel very secure knowing Beltway is making sure my unit stays safe and well maintained.

Our heater was not working properly.

Called a tech from another company, he couldn't find anything wrong with it and said everything looked like it was working properly. He was here for about half an hour. I didn't think much about it, I assumed he was competent. Weather was warm, didn't use the heater much. Then it got cold. I realized the auxillary heat was the only thing working. Everything was not working fine.

Called Beltway for another opinion. They were here on time, friendly, and courteous. They were here for almost 3 hours diagnosing the problem. ACTUALLY LOOKING, not giving up after half an hour like the other guy. They figured out that my heater wasn't installed properly and the 2 stage heater it was supposed to be, was only hooked up to 1 stage. Fixed the problem quickly, explained what was going on, and showed me.

This is the service you'd expect from a 5 star rated company with 500+ reviews!

Levitt did a great job with our semi-annual service. He arrived in the early portion of the service window. When he arrived he got right to work and was able to finish up quickly. We are pleased with Levitt and the service we’ve received from Beltway overall.
