When we finally decided on the Nest. Marlon from A One came over and installed the equipment for us and set everything up to work perfectly with our smartphones. We can now control our heat and cooling system from anywhere and save money in the process.

Very pleased with the service from A One Heating. Called to discuss HVAC replacement on Monday and Leerie was able to come by the following day. System was installed that Friday.

A One Heating installed my HVAC and Hot Water Heater. Installation was quick and simple. The cleanup and disposal of old hardware was taken care of by the men who provided the service. I would refer my friends and neighbors to this business.

When the A1 contractor finished installing my heat pump/AC, I was surprised to find out that the Trane AC had been installed as opposed to the Carrier that I had requested and paid for. I called the manager to explain the mix-up, and his only response was that he made a mistake. He claimed he’d given me the best brand and that he couldn’t do anything but offer me two years of free service and a measly $200 refund (from the whopping $6200 I’d paid him) — that or completely take out the installation. Now I am stuck with a brand that I specifically did not request for for the next ten years. I’m so deeply frustrated and appalled by the horrible service that I’ve received from this company. If anyone has any suggestions on what actions to take next, please let me know, because I feel like the company has taken advantage of the fact that I am a single female and don’t know much about electronics.

I had a great experience with them. The manager worked with me on what needed to be done and most importantly the why. The crew installed everything when they said they would and arrived on time (huge importance to me). Their quality of work was also top notch as well as their prices.
