I used A One to install a new gas furnace and they did a fantastic job. The job took about 6 hours (which is what they predicted). They showed up on time (actually early) and cleaned up afterwards including removing the old furnace. They provided a quote upfront which was accurate. 50% payment upfront and 50% at job completion. I was very satisfied and would use them again.

Recently was informed of an issue with our hvac/heat pump system at our rental unit. After receiving quotes from the property manager, and service provider, I connected with A1.

A1 was transparent and competitive on the quote and presented options for us to consider.

We decided to engage with A1 and they were able to replace the unit within a week. Other providers had quoted up to 30 days to fulfill the job.

They worked directly with the tenant and were timely, professional and we couldn’t have been happier. We didn’t need to go to the property and transacted 100% remotely.

I have used A One on several occasions to service my Mom's HVAC system, including replacing it completely last year. They are the best. Great customer service from the owner (usually is the person answering the phone) on down to the techs who come out to perform the work. Never had and issues with their work or customer service. My A/C needed to be updated sooner than later. A1 came out to my house within 72 hours to complete a diagnostic. They identified what needs to happen and how they would complete the project. I appreciated this because I was able to determine the needs and what my account could afford. I was able to secure a loan through my bank (try your bank first before the recommended financing because they only approve you with a certain debt-income ratio. They do not take into account your credit score. I also secured a lesser interest rate.). Within a week of contacting A1 initially they came to my home, removed the old equipment and installed a new air handler and condenser. All material came with 10 year warranty and their service comes with a 2 year warranty in case anything malfunctions. I would recommend them in the future.

UPDATE: Reese to the rescue! He's the initial tech who came to my home to service the HVAC, advised my issues, and linked me with Mr. Leery for the details of installing new units. Reese is very good at trouble shooting. IMO he should be the face of the business. I'm all about customer service. He explained what he thought the issue was, told me how he was going to attempt to resolve the issue, and got to the business of fixing my thermostat. May there be heat! Thanks Reese.

UPDATE (next morning): I woke up feeling cold and asked my ecobee to turn the heat up. *crickets* ...nothing. So I get up, go to the thermostat and turn the heat up. The temperature is 62°. ...nothing. Ugh. I call Marlon who relays that sometimes the programming of the Ecobee causes problems. When the unit was installed the tech (Everette) was having trouble figuring out the thermostat (ecobee), but I thought he resolved it. Maybe not. So, a new tech is being sent out to address the issue. We'll see what happens.

Welp, I've got a new HVAC! I'm selling my home and my unit needed an upgrade. A One inspected, advised, and was able to install the new unit with the quickness. I appreciate that as 1) it's cold out and 2) my house is pending sale. I think the new unit actually helped with offers.

Anywho, the inspection was on Thurs and installation was on Monday. Leery said it would take 8-hours, but they were out before 3. GREAT! They arrived on time (early), installed the Air Handler and compressor, tested the thermostat to make sure (it was pushing out cold air at first, but Everett worked it out), cleaned up, and that was that. Overall it was a good experience and I'm sure it'll be more efficient.

Once we realized we needed a new heat pump/AC i did a ton of research, got 3 quotes and settled on A One. After we made our decision, we had a contract signed and new system installed within 3 days. Despite having to work in the attic on a 90 degree day, the crew was efficient and courteous. The owner was on-site to check on progress and make sure things were going well. Owner also called me to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend.

A One Heating, Air conditioning company was a great business to deal with. Our A/c went down during the hottest day of the week. I Reached out to multiple companies, but A One was the best. Their knowledge and expertise was second to none. They even made sure they made time to fit us in in a short amount of time to ensure we didn’t have to suffer in a smoldering house. Not to mention the price was affordable and a steel with the top rated work they do. If you are looking for affordable expert A/C and heating work A One is the best.

A-one is just top tier in responsiveness. They arrive as quickly as possible. The work is done nicely and the cost what one would expect for work performed. They make me happy! 😂
