I would recommend A One to anyone looking for repairs or replacement. They came out the same day when several other companies didn't even return my call the same day. Mr. Simpson the owner was very fare and upfront about everything. He fixed my 15 year old AC to get me through the hot weekend and later replaced it with a deal that most companies couldn't even come close to. We would have appreciated a much more thorough cleanup of the outside area of lines entrance (lots of zip tie pieces left behind in our ornamental rock) and outside unit.

One of the company trucks left a pretty noticeable peeling out trench in my neighbors yard, not on purpose but unlikely unknown.

I had some explaining to do with that, but I chose handle it myself.

I need to write an amendment to my original post. I wrote a positive review initially after the owner ask me too and I was not aware that the work was not done correctly.. I found out hours later when i smelled gas in my house. After A one heating and air-conditioned on 13801 heatherstone drive in bowie md installed a new furnace and air-conditioned, i has to call the gas company 3 times between this fri and Sunday because they technician Mr. Everton improperly installed the furnace and caused several gas leaks in my gas pipe from the furnace and hot water heater connection. The gas company came out and said mame there are so much gas in your home , so please open up all windows and doors immediately your home is not safe . Needless to say my gas was immediately shut off by the gas company. I called the owner of this company Mr. Leerie Simpson to explained what happen and he got upset and defended his technician and was upset with me for calling the gas company. I asked Mr
Leerie to please come out and check out the problems and please don't not send the same technician, he never came and sent the same technician to correct his mistakes.. 3 times from fri to Sunday the tech from this company had to come back and correct his mistake with my gas line after improperly installing my furnace. Please do not use this company. Other neighbors have made complained about their inexperience technician and with the owner. Please be warned.. Do not use A one heating and Air conditioning in bowie maryland on heatherstone road.
