Estes Oil & Propane

Had great service for years, no problems, loved the plans they offered. I didn't mind paying a little more for the payment plans and service because I felt like they were a good company. The past few years they changed to a platinum plan which included service. I never paid much attention until this year I realized that they charged me for the annual cleaning, when I asked why it wasn't included, they said 5 years ago I said I didn't want it that year and because of that they never added the service plan back in. I was never informed this was the case and under the contract terms and conditions that I agree to every year it states that the service plan is included. They said they could add the plan to my account, but would have to charge me the full price of the plan. They acknowledged that the contract needs to be worded better and more clearly define the parameters. With this acknowledgment they still would not uphold the contract of including the service plan at the initially agreed upon contract price. There was no offer of any compromise, nor were they willing to even try and be nice and understanding about it. Had there been any willingness to work on the problem, offer any discount or compromise, or own their fault they would not have lost a customer. 7 years later we parted ways over a $459 service plan.

Estes oil signed me up for service plan. I never signed up for and started charging me for it. Good thing I caught it . No explanation of why this happened. Said they made a mistake Then they made an appointment and left message they were coming the next day for propane service, which I never made . I just asked questions about my bill!

Scott and Kyle installed a new boiler at my house yesterday and did an outstanding job, adapting it to my existing plumbing in very tight quarters. They were efficient and friendly, and it was very evident that they enjoy their work. Thank you. Well done!

I would not recommend using this company. They set me up with recurring delivery and automatically charged my card without my authorization. I had not signed up for this service or agreed to anything electronically or in person. A little research showed me I'm not the first person they have done this to. If you do go with them, be very clear in your communication and request documentation for everything. Deliveries are reliable, though not the cheapest in their service area. Call service I received was condescending and a little rude, but the website worked well last I used it.

My family has been a customer of Estes Oil & Propane for more than 35 years. They always provide exceptional full service and are there for their customers whenever you need them. They are reliable, dependable and experienced. Their prices are fair and competitive. I highly recommend them for fuel and service.

I wish I could give Esties negative stars👎🏻THIS is what they call customer service?!? Don’t waste your money on the service plan. Customers for over 15 years and THOUGHT they were servicing our tank and oil burner but, obviously NOT! They’re quick to take your money but not do their job

I have been a customer of Estes for over three years now and their service has been impeccable. In addition to delivering oil & propane, Estes has installed two heat pumps, a dehumidifier and central air conditioning to our home. In every instance they have been easy to work with, up front, dependable and a pleasure to deal with. When I have been in need of service, Estes has been responsive, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

Estes has been my go-to company for almost eight years now and they have always been very dependable and a solid company. They designed and installed my heating system in 2015 and continue to be my supplier of fuel and my maintenance company of choice. On the rare occasion of needing special attention, they have exceeded expectations. I very highly recommend them.
