Estes Oil & Propane

We have used Estes for years, servicing both our air conditioning equipment and our propane boiler. Service has been excellent. Employees are well trained and show up when scheduled.

I got propane from Estes and never had a problem. I called them for service on my Mitsubishi mini split and it was a cluster F.....!!! They made four service calls and misdiagnosed it each time and did not fix the problem! They claimed to be factory certified, they are not and then said they never Claimed they were ( I specifically asked , I am a licensed plumber) calling me a liar! And then they misdiagnosed the problem and never fixed it but still wanted ) demanded) that they get full payment! The young woman who is the office manager ( and daughter of the owner) is quite a piece of work to deal with. They got no payment from me!

Very pricey company so after 2 years of dishing out my money to them I find cheaper propane and estes charges me $149 just to pick up there own propane tank as a labor charge. What a ripoff

ESTES TO THE RESCUE! We have been with Estes for 5 yrs. When we bought the house, we signed up for auto delivery, fuel & low temp monitoring. We also had ADT. We never lost heat but we had a pipe burst dumping 30K gallons of water throughout the house. ADT did NOT pick it up. Estes went to investigate and shut off the water main. They worked with us on reconstruction, provide fast, reliable, and friendly service. Your go-to oil and propane company.

Great customer service! Blue Ribbon plan has saved me a few times when the boiler went down. The emergency service has been great when needed Mike installed my complete heating system over 20 years ago.- I couldn't be happier

Estes Oil has been one of the best and fairest companies in the energy service I have dealt with in York. They are always there with an answer and have been timely and consistent in meeting our fuel and service needs .5 star is clearly warranted!

I have the Blue Ribbon service plan and their service work has been reliable and very good. Estes replaced the propane tank on their own at the end of its life. Auto fill program is reliable.
