Negative. He installed a new heating system but did not return to complete the final details. Initially he made promises to complete the work but never showed up. Then he stopped answering the phone and did not return my calls. Believing he was a man of honor, we went without heat in the basement level for four months. Finally, in December, we called a new HVAC professional.

Perhaps my mistake was that I paid for the job in full before it was finished.

For years my water tank leaked. No one could fix it until I called Higgins Oil Burner Service, Brian knew instantly the problem and fixed it promptly - Brian and his wife even took the time to research the serial number, my tank was still under warranty!!! Excellent! Always on schedule and great service.

He did not show up or even call for two appointments which cost me lost wages since I was home waiting. Inexcusable. I do not recommend this company.
