Estes Oil & Propane

We have been dealing with Estes since we moved into our home in 2011. We have received nothing short of excellent service from them. Their budget plans cannot be beat. Will be customers for many, many years to come.

Have never had an issue with the company. Always keeps the tank topped off so there are no worries about running out even in colder months.

I’ve only been a customer for a little over a year since moving to the area. I like dealing with them and I’ve always found them to be fair, professional and competitively priced!!!

Been using them for over a year now and have been professional and on time. They serviced our equipment and keep everything running great! They're also local so it's nice to support a local business.

I wish I could give estes zero stars. To start we didn’t chose this company, our builder did. When we moved in we decided to stay (even though they are the priciest around town). I am home with my 3 children alone and I smell propane. My husband calls to let them know and their solution was to “order more propane”. Big red flag. Instead of being concerned about our SAFETY we were told to order more propane instead of them sending out someone to check for a leak?? That was when we decided to switch companies, but in the meantime we had ordered more propane just to get Estes out here. When the new company came out to switch tanks my husband called and was told he would be credited for whatever was left in the tank. He was then told that they were going to KEEP the propane we bought that was left in the tanks, and THEN told it was a partial credit. Come on people, get it straight. He calls back another time just to express his concern..only to be called a dishonest person(because we ordered propane then switched companies) and hung up on! Well we wouldn’t have switched if you had any concerns for your costumers safety when smelling gas..I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and feel truly bad for their current customers . UPDATE: just wanted to update that the person on the phone who called my husband dishonest and hung up was a Mike Estes. We believe that is the owner..

We switched to them in late 2019 and they have never missed a beat! Everyone has been extremely friendly and when my 4 and 3 year old watch out the windows the drivers are always smiling and waving!

We have used Estes Oil several times in the past and have had nothing but excellent service.

Have used this company for years.....always available to help with emergencies and the people who do the cleaning and servicing for the oil burner are always polite and professional.

When the cold weather came and I was due to get my oiled delivered... April... was fantastic and made sure I received my delivery. I live in a mobile home and have a very small dog and she has some health issues. I was really worried that she would get cold. So thank-you ESTES for being so diligent in all your deilveries to me....

On a recent morning at Perkins Cove in Ogunquit the fuel pump was not working and the harpoon boats were headed off shore for hunting tuna. Estes Oil didn’t let the fleet down and quickly dispatched a truck to the cove so we could be underway with very little delay. Now that’s service and commitment to appreciate!
