AccuTemp Cooling and Heating

My husband and I decided to go with this company and we're glad we did. They took the time to explain what unit was going out, what the options and costs were, and then were available for questions and very responsive. We appreciate our estimator, Stith, as well as the two installers, Jeff and Cody. It was an all-day job and they stuck to the schedule and were unobtrusive throughout the day despite having to climb in and out of attic spaces, duct work, outdoor work, etc. Thank you!

I was recently asked to relocate for work, and in part of the process I had an item that required repair and needed to be completed by a HVAC Technician, per the relocation policy.

I called Accutemp and they were very easy to schedule with, and their technician arrived on time. The repair was quick, done right, and for a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with, as well.

Accutemp followed up the next day to make sure the service was satisfactory, and unfortunately I had to notify them of some minor damage caused to my tile floor. (Probably from an accidentally dropped tool.) They were extremely responsive to this, and even offered a repair to be made almost immediately (over the weekend). However, I preferred to make the repair myself. Even after I refused their help in correcting the damage, they still insisted on compensating me for the trouble. I also received a very warm letter from their CEO, personally ensuring that the incident will be used as a training opportunity for their technicians.

I cannot say enough regarding the integrity that was shown by Accutemp through the experience. I think that is why there are so many positive reviews, they simply are a trustworthy local service.

System wasn't cooling so we called another place we'd used in the past but they dropped the ball and left us with a 90° house for almost 2 days. I called AccuTemp about 6:30 and got a call back almost immediately from the tech who got over to my house and got us up and running in about 30 minutes. They'll be my first call next time

Our house has a sunroom that we wanted to include in our sf by adding ducts. It was a very tight fit and took some engineering but the crew kept at it and made it possible. Accu-Temp has done maintenance and repairs for us. Their guys always are patient and explain to us the problem or repair. I really appreciate that. I'd recommend them to everyone!

I called AccuTemp when my A/C quit cooling. They sent a tech out that day. He diagnosed the unit quickly and explained the pros and cons of the repair. The unit was pretty old and I decided to have it replaced. Stith was very thorough, presenting the benefits of the options and features available that helped me decide what route I wanted to go.
