Very professional, polite and thorough

The first representative that came out wasn't as prepared as the individuals in the second visit. He claimed he did not have a certain piece of equipment that I believe would be standard for any AC Tech which is the instrument used to check and see if holes are in the ac lines. That is what the representative told me a "woman" but, once my husband came home whom he had already spoken with her earlier while I was out he was more than happy then to go up into the attic and check the AC line to see if there was a big enough hole in the line that could be seen. Upon inspection of the AC line a hole was found. The following day Mr. Stith came out to assist the AC unit and see what all needed to be replaced. He was very kind, polite, and very informational he explained everything to the Tee. I understand nothing about ac's but, i was able with his information to explain it to my husband over the phone so he could understand thanks to Mr. Stith. They were currently backed up and it was going to take a couple of days before they were able to repair our unit. Mr. Stith brought out a room cooling unit that was a lifesaver! I don't know many companies so I'm not for sure if this is standard or not but for my family this was surely a blessing! Once they came out to repair the unit everything was done in about an hour and the gentleman that came out where with polite and professional. I'm so glad that we gave them our business despite what happened in the beginning. Now that we are familiar with the company I don't see anyone else getting our business. Thank You and God bless!!!

Technician was on time. Serviced and cleaned unit. Replaced weak capacitor. They come twice a year for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend them.
