About 3 weeks ago, we had our annual home fall service and checkup completed by Keith, at AccuTemp. The service was excellent and Keith made some recommendations for a different type of pleated filter to not only improve the air quality of our home, but also reduce the amount of dust build up within our furnance. We already made the change on the filters and are seeing less dust accumulating on our furniture.Thank you again for the great service AccuTemp!

I used Accutemp to service my AC unit. The worker that came out did an amazing job. The service was A1. However, my issue did not start until I had to deal with Emily. I called her the same day the service was completed and asked her to send me a receipt because I am closing on my home and it’s needed for my buyer. She took all of my information, verified it, and told me she would get it to me early the next day. The next day came and I called at 1215 (Friday at this point) and she said she would get it to me by the end of the day. Well the end of day came and she did not provide it. I called at 445 pm and she said I will have it to you in 5 minutes. I asked her to verify my email and she did. Needless to say, she did not provide the much needed documents. I waited until Monday, and drove to Accutemp and calmly explained my case to Emily. She said “I sent it to your email and stated the wrong email”. She previously read back the correct information. If you need receipts do not trust her to provide them electronically. Go to the business. Because of her, I will not use Accutemp again. Emily provided terrible customer service and follow up!

Wow, what a nice, honest, and fairly priced company. I called to make an appt around 11:00, guy showed up at my house around 16:00 that day and was gone in an hour. My bill was roughly 1/3 of what Southern Air was going to charge. I will use Accu-Temp the rest of my life. Fantastic work, fantastic service... Thank you!

Accutemp is an amazing local HVAC provider that my family and I have used for years. They are very responsive, prompt, professional and extremely friendly. They not only installed my system in 2016 but maintained my older equipment previously. When they told me it was time to think about buying a new system, it was not a hard sell but a suggestion. Accutemp installed two zoned units at my home in one day. Did I mention that the units were on my roof? They brought in a crane and did not even disrupt my life!

The techs and staff are super to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent service centered company!

Came back to correct an issue, few days after servicing the unit, very responsive, honest. We’ve used them for years at home and businesses.

When they came out to look at the problem they informed us on what all our options were and answered all our questions. They were very straight-forward and polite. They came out and replaced a bad compressor and installed new ducting throughout the house. They did a great job and cleaned up their work area before they left. The guys that came out were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
