Roy is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and thorough. Probably one of the best service men I have met.

Paul was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what he would be doing with the service of my generator and gave me a tutorial on how to troubleshoot the unit in the event of interruption of service.

The technician, Corbin, arrived promptly on time. He was efficient, thorough, and explained in detail what the service would include.

SERVICE man came out to check a/c unit. Then told my sister that the weather head for the main power was leaking and showed her a picture of the meter pan and said it was getting water in it and going bad. He could repair it for $2500.00. My
sister asked to see inside the meter pan and the service tech said it was to hard to get the cover off and back on again. So I called a eletrican out to look at it and the meter pan was not bad no signs of water in it. Sister looked at it and said that it did it looked like the picture that the service tech showed her.. He was trying to rip here off . Would never call them again.

This place is awful. I havent been able to go more than 6 months with my stuff breaking down. I would love nothing more than for them to come get everything and to start over. Large regret over doing business with this place
