I was serviced by this company twice both times after there services were complete I had water leaking from my attic. The 1st time it happened within minutes of them leaving so they came back and corrected. But still leaving me with damage to the ceiling. This last and final time the leakage began over the weekend. When I called to inform them the rep. was rude and refused to acknowledge any liability on there part, again I am left with more damage to my doorseal and wall. I was told I would get a call from a manager but that never happened.

Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable of task at hand (maintenance of a/c units). He helpful with pointing out something else that was broken outside of the a/c units while doing his normal routine maintenance on my a/c units. Which was a outstanding job. He was very considerate of keeping my house clean , by wearing covers over his shoes while walking throughout the house. He explained my questions very knowledgeable for the task at hand.

During this last cold spell my heater went out. Roy came out the same day and found the problem, which turned out to be very minor. Roy was very courteous and professional, he also took the time to answer my questions. He did not have the part on his truck but came up with a safe, temporary fix so that I could stay warm. Once the part was in, he came back and everything is great!

Scott was my technician. He was thorough and very pleasant. He provided me with several options for repairs that are needed and specified what did and did not involve a safety hazard . I will made a decision and follow up to get the work done.

My wife and son are both allergy sufferers, and despite our constant efforts to eliminate dust from our home, it always seems to be a losing battle. We contacted Lightning Service to inspect our ductwork and a/c system, and find out our options. From the very initial call it was obvious that we were dealing with a great company. Their staff was very courteous and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in our situation. They took their time with us on the phone and asked lots of questions before recommending the right person on their team to come to our house.

We received a follow up phone call the day prior to the appointment to confirm that the appointment day and time still worked for us, and another call on the morning of the appointment to alert us that the Lightning Service technician was on the way.

When the technician arrived, he was nicely dressed, well mannered and very thorough in his inspection. After taking a long look at our ductwork and a/c system, he let us several options available to us so we could make a informed decision as to what was right for our situation and budget.

I would highly recommend Lightning Service to anyone in the New Orleans metro area looking for a professional air conditioning, heating or electrical company. And as someone who works with many air conditioning and heating companies in my profession, I know a good one when I see one.

I called in the morning and had Scott out that same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared is professional opinion regarding my heater. Thanks for walking me through and giving me all the information to make a well informed decision.

My electrician recommended Lightning Service. I called early in the morning and was given an appointment on the same day. Paul the technician was there on time and was able to immediately determine what was wrong with the standby Generac generator. I do all of the maintenance of the generator. But this time the control panel was not telling what was really wrong with the unit. Paul walked me through the process of determining what was wrong with it. It was the battery, the battery needed to be changed. Coincidentally I had a battery and was able to change it out. That saved me a lot of money.
I am extremely pleased with Lightning Service. I recommend them very highly. Very caring nice people on the phone and technicians that help no matter what. If anything goes wrong with my Generac generator I will be calling Lightning Service.

2 weeks to book an appointment. Tech comes out and zero follow-up. I call and ask for any info. Zero again

Lightning Service always does a great job! They are dependable and professional. The Field Tech Scott showed up at the scheduled time and took care of my HVAC routine service. He was very knowledgeable and even repaired and moved a duct that wasn’t part of the regular job. Their prices aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I’d definitely recommend them for any HVAC or electrical work.
