National Air LLC

Excellent is the word I would use to described this company . They are professionals and does not take short cuts in their installation. I’ve learn a lot about how bad my old unit was as well as how poorly it was installed from watching their 2 best installers(Joel and Oscar) who worked on our house. I like the fact that, whatever price you see on the receipt is what you’re going to pay(no hidden cost). In fact we love the company so much, we ended up changing our 4 central unit instead of just 2 that we originally planned. So If you’re in a market for a new AC, I would highly recommend checking this group out. With their state of the art AC units, excellent service and warranty you’ll end up saving money in the long run. The quietness and comfort of these Trane unit does not hurt either.

I have been with National since I had met them 6 years ago at the Superdome home show. The owner Roy was not only detailed in answering my questions at the show but also followed through on getting me some additional information and referring me to a couple other contractors that I needed for my house. Everyone worked well together and haven't had any issues since. National has been maintaining my new system I had installed a year after the show. I have been amazed that every time a crew came over to service it their professional never faded from the first day one when I met them at the home show. Obviously they don't want to just make the sale, they want to keep the client longterm. Thanks very much guys!

National Air comes out every year to do my Spring and Fall maintenance ensuring everything is good for the year. Always professional and hardworking. We wouldn't call anyone else!

Technician was two and a half hours late, then charged us $89 plus to tell us our air conditioner was dirty and would require a good deal of money to clean and a return trip to do so. We will not use this company again.

National Air was professional in their approach from seizing the new unit to assuring all my expectations were met. It has been one year and. they are still fine tuning the unit to my preferences.. Awesome

I have been a customer fir 11 yrs and always satisfied. Recently, I had to have ac system replaced. Greg was great explaining systems to me. The super crew arrived at 8:30 am and finished by 4:30 a few days later.
