Working with the team at National Air was a breath of fresh air. The quality of work performed was top notch and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC needs.
National did a great job following up and getting our AC running again. The technician ( Jared) was professional and explained the issue as he fixed it. We will be using National from now on.
Follow-up to my earlier review: The AC worked less than 48 hours before freezing up again. That's not my complaint though, I called National Air, who uses a call center often time during business hours. I went another 3 days without AC assuring someone from National would call me back by Monday morning. They didn't. I had to call, call and call them again and again. Meanwhile they were paid for the earlier service. Their dispatcher/call center or who ever runs the place has no respect for your time. You will be told someone will come out b/w 12-4 pm and they just won't. You may get someone if you call them every hour to remind them you are a customer.
The technician they sent was very professional, but the company really needs to get their stuff together with scheduling.
Wayne did an excellent job identifying our AC problem. He went above and beyond to get our Air Conditioner fixed in one day. National Air has installed 2 air conditioning units for us. They do an incredible job installing and are very professional. Roy, the owner, is conscientious and is dedicated to make the customer happy.
We contacted National Air over a month ago to look at our freezing air conditioner. At the time they replaced a capacitor. A few days go by and it continues to freeze. We ask them to come back.
The technician spends an hour here and leaves without a plan on how to fix it. I call them the next day and they say they’ll call me back with what they planned to do. After not hearing from them again I call the next day, they say they’ll call back. Before they close I call them again and they tell me they ordered a part that will be here in 3 weeks. I ask them to send a text explaining why they decided to replace this part. The owner sends me an email explaining how it could be part of the problem. Cool.
We wait three weeks for the part, our AC freezing 3-4 times daily. I have to call to check in and for some reason it arrives the next morning. They replace the part and it continues freezing. I tell them the part didn’t fix it and they come out the next day to evaluate it. They then tell me my compressor needs to be replaced and will call on Monday. When they call me they tell me the cost to replace the compressor and, why not, the cost to replace the entire condenser. I asked for a quote breaking down the cost to replace the compressor, telling them that we’ve already spent a lot of money on this, and they say they’ll email it by the end of the day. Two days go by and nothing. After a month they could not fix our AC.
My experience with National Air in this instance has not been good.
Great business that truly cares about their customers. They have always assisted us quickly and professionally when we’ve had AC problems in the summer. My family has been with National Air for the past five years and we’ve had such a good experience so far.

Since that service call my upstairs unit has not worked properly. The technician said we needed a part replaced. We approved the removal and order of replacement. It took him 3 days to come out for the repair. So we went from ac to none. In the time it took him we called the office to inquire. When the technician came back he was very rude and let us know he was upset we called. We do not believe that he actually installed the new part. The unit has not worked properly since and the company has not been cooperative in getting it resolved.
I have been a customer of National Air for over 7 years. I purchased a new air conditioner from them and they were the best to deal with, from the sales process through the installation. I'm happy to refer them to friends and family so they can experience the National Air difference!
