Spent $12,500 and purchased a new 5 ton Lenox thru Costco. The instillation was on time and the workers were professional. Another team came by two weeks later to make sure everything was working properly. I showed them that we were not getting air flow in 5 air vents. They took photos of the duct work and told me the owner was an expert and would diagnose the problem and come up with potential solutions. That was 6 weeks ago. I have since called and spoke with the nice ladies in the office 4 times. Each time they acknowledge the issue and say someone else will call me back to work on a solution. No one ever calls. I have wasted 12,500$ on an air conditioner / heater that does not properly cool my house. Im about to call their competition and pay more money to have this instillation fixed.

No satisfaction with the company on complaints even after Roy the owner himself came out. 5 and a have years later it’s costing me over 3,500.00 to fix there trashy installation. The peplum is to big so sealed with tons of caulking stains to milder, breaking away from unit and insulation visible from ductwork. Will be reporting them to BBB. Do not use them.

The owner is incredible and follows up to ensure the work done exceeds expectations. There prices are great and their experience and customer service is incredible! National Air came out on a Saturday right away and did a repair on my 3 ton unit. The technician Wayne was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed my problem went and procured the circuitboard needed and promptly returned and installed it. I am very happy with National Air‘s attention to detail and customer service. When it’s time for a new unit I will absolutely give them my business or if I have any future repairs needed I will call them. Thank you National Air.
Our electric bill dropped $400 in August and in the two months since our install, we have already saved more than $700. The new unit is paying for itself: ) I can easily give National Air five stars plus!!! They are courteous, timely, and super professional. Their team is amazing and reliable even during Covid. Furthermore, they have great pricing and superior customer service. Roy runs a first class operation!!! Thank you National Air!!!!!
