Help!! Air Conditioning & Heating

The a/c teck Jordan, was respectful to me and my family and was curious and friendly, treating us like family and gave a great background on the company and how proud he is to be a part of this family owned company. His esprit de corps was impeccable and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time explaining the problem and what is needed and what he done, I say 20 min after looking at the a/c he had us running again, and may I add it was a Saturday with a high of 92 degrees, I called at 6 am Saturday and he was here around 2 pm and I found a honest and new company to do business with on the future. And will recomand to others.
Jordan is an asset to the company because he took time to to us after completing the job and had a mask on during covid-19. And I think the owner that still is involved will day to day operations owes Jordan a good appraisal of a someone that does his job well and repesants the company well, it is not often you get one like him, take it from one who knows people he is a keeper and I will patronize your company for future indevers.

Viet (as do all HELP employees) showed up exactly when he said he would, found the problem, and even more impressive, told me how to prevent it from recurring! He is the first AC technician who told me we are lacking a floor switch and we have lived here for 30 years. I was very happy with his punctually, his work, and the reasonable price of repairs. A+

Help has been servicing our central air and heat system for many years. The testament to their excellent service is represented by the age of our system, 18 years. Their service representatives are courteous and professional in every way.

On time. Replaced a leaking evaporator coil. Also had them install UVC lights to irradiate evaporator coils in my 3 units. They did good work and did not try to sell me unnecessary products or services. I’m an engineer with many years experience working with contractors, and I feel that I can trust Help.

Had a problem. Neither heat nor ac would com on. Serviceman, Vitt, made the service call. He found the problem, requested the part needed, waited in his truck for the part, installed it and checked everything out . He then filled out the Invoice No.75156. I gave him a check and he left.
