Help!! Air Conditioning & Heating

My AC went out and was in need of repair. I called Help and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail. A new part was ordered and installed the very next day. I would definitely use Help again and highly recommend them.

I use Help for my business and my

The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and very helpful-explained what they were doing in a way I could understand. We needed to have the overflow pan replaced and other repairs. I highly recommend them!

We have an old wall heater in our house, the only heat source other than a few portable units. Last year we had REALLY cold weather, and our wall heater was broken. A friend HELP to us, the guys came out that day! We needed a gas valve replaced, luckily they had one for us, exchanged it out and we had heat for the first time in over a year. This was literally the day before the day before the roads were frozen. We cannot thank HELP enough, not only for the prompt service, but also for making sure my children and I were warm in bitterly cold temperatures! I’ll call them first next time and I definitely recommend them!

The guy came to check my ac that was blow warm air, he told me a needed a whole new system bc the compressor was gone and would cost $6900. I called someone else to get a second option and they fixed it for $250. One of the owners and help letter called and apologized and refunded my service fee.

AC went kaput Friday evening, and Help!! AC came up twice when I asked friends and posted on Facebook for recommendations of who might come out on weekend. I called at 6:50 am Saturday; left my info with a human (no recording!). Call-back came at 7:40 am. Rich, the technician was here by 8:40 am. Diagnosis took a while because there was a trail of things that went wrong. He fixed them all, and was gone by 10 am! Am VERY impressed with response and fast repair. Rich had all the things he needed on his truck. Highly recommend!

The folks at Help A/C could not be nicer or more professional. After explaining my problem to Bill, he dispatched David who explained every step he was taking to improve the air flow balance to the 2nd floor. It has been two weeks and a cold snap since the work and where there were hot and cold rooms before, now they are even. I can't imagine ever using another company.
