CE (Carrier Enterprise)

Being a technician in the feild for 12 years and dealing with this company is my worst nightmare. The guys at the counter are next to impossible to talk to and when you can get them on the line to ask a question your on hold for up to 5 minutes or some guy is there to scoff at you when you get him to check a model or serial number....
I don't have any issues with carrier equipment I have issues with the guys carrier hires to answer the phones....
Not good customer support... and God forbid you need tech support... you better have a carrier account

Contractors and customers beware :don't by a Carrier AC unit, they don't honor their warranty for systems that are in need of repair. Customer service at this location is really bad.
Contractors do not like dealing with them and if you are a homeowner considering what type of unit to purchase and you want to be able to warranty any parts that breaks, I would suggest not going with Carrier.
