Stop Looking for AC Contractors, You have found the best with Help AC! Trying to find a AC contractor is a grueling task to replace your AC. I received 3 quotes. The reason I went with AC is because Mr. Kenny gave me the most comprehensive analysis of my situation. Mr. Kenny knew so much more than the other contractors that came to my house for quotes. He knew how to deal with an old New Orleans house that only comes with decades of experience. Moreover, he did not try to sell me the most expensive system but tailored the new unit to fit my needs. I have historic home and getting in and out of the craw space to remove and replace the duct work was not easy. Help AC had an awesome crew that were exceptionally professional. Brandon, the main tech, was knowledgeable and approached each challenge with a cool determination. Most importantly, my house feels 100% better than before they replaced my unit. Any question I have had since the installation have been answered within the same business day. I am truly blessed to have found Help AC!

so Help AC installed a whole house system in new custom construction 8/2012. This is what some of the equipment looked like 2 and 5 years later... Ive had multiple failures, rusting equipment and now come to find out, they oversized the job - I had to get a Manual J load done recently because neither the builder, Isacks Construction or Help AC would provide the original they supposedly did. I now find out that one part of the system Help designed is oversized. I've had to replace so far 4 coils, an air plenum and one of the outdoor units and more.. Watch out for these guys! See the latest picture - more leaking from an upward sloping drain line they installed! NICE custom work. Its not my expectations that matter - rather its that you didnt install a properly sized system or provide the requested manual J calculations when asked or correct the problems. Rather you just complained that I was complaining. Well lost another coil.... Makes about 4 or 5 in 6 years. Nice work Help.

Kevin went above & beyond the usual maintenance. He was very courteous, conscientious & eager to please. (He even offered to take out my trash!) He’s a real asset to the company that I’ve used for years, with consistent top-notch service, pleasant & knowledgeable technicians and staff, reasonable prices and prompt attention to all aspects of air conditioning & heating maintenance. We have used Help Service for all of our air conditioning and heating installations and maintenance for almost 50 years. The technicians are always knowledgeable and polite. They always are responsive to our calls and come quickly. Today they replaced an air-conditioning compressor that was under warranty, came out and diagnosed the problem yesterday, found a replacement and replaced it today, no charge.

My Parents used to always use Mervyn. Now we use David, Mervyn's son, since Mervyn retired a while back. Help is very thorough, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Even though my Parents have passed away, I still use Help for their Yearly Maintenance Contract. If you want your A/C and Heater to run well year round, Help are the people to call. They are the Best At What They Do.

Mr Norman Fonseca is a consummate professional. He came to do maintenance and looked and found and repaired the Freon leak that a tech who came out last month said was probably a slow leak. The guy Last month Charged $450 for replacing the Freon last month, but didn’t fix the leak. Mr Norman is the best. Ya’ll should clone him. 😃
