Help!! Air Conditioning & Heating

The best AC company ever! I hope they stay as responsive and professional so I don't ever have to use another company again. I called the day before Thanksgiving and they sent someone right over. They checked in with me before during and after repair, and even fixed something else that had nothing to do with air conditioning. Thank you so much! It's nice to work work people who care.

Help ac was the third repair company we called after the first two couldn't figure out what was going on with our system. They were able to come out the morning after we called and diagnosed our problem in the first 15 minutes! They got the part we needed with in hours and our system was up and running that day. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend them.

When we bought our home in 2011, it came with a 10+ year old heating/cooling system. HELP AC was the recommended service company, who installed the original unit and who we have now been using since that time. HELP AC made annual service visits and a number of repair visits over the years. Without exception, all of their employees have been professional. They always responded quickly when we had issues, even after hours.

This year, the system was on its last leg and we had them do a total replacement. A team of three installers completed the job by 2pm, left the house clean and spoke knowledgeably about the new Trane system. I am planning on it lasting another 20 years!

David serviced our system today and spotted an issue that would have not been noticeable for some time. He replaced the failing part and then checked the system and found the companion part had the same issue. He also replaced that part. The system was under warranty and he could have “let it go” and we would not have known a malfunction was in our future, but instead he addressed the problem immediately, despite the heat. He was pleasant. thorough, professional and very courteous. We appreciate the quality service.

I have used Help Heating and Air-conditioning for years. First to service my older system, and then to install and maintain my new one. They are very professional to work with.

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon (July 2018) to perform a basic a/c diagnostic check. The technician came by and went to the unit on the roof. Within minutes, he just said my unit was a "no pump" and had to be replaced. He wouldn't do any work to restart it.

On Monday I called my regular a/c service company and they restarted it within 30 minutes by doing a proper diagnostic check.

I called A/C Help to inform them that their technician had not performed the diagnostics correctly. If he had, he would have found the problem easily. I provided paperwork to show that the system was fixed by the second company, but the manager of A/C Help kept insisting that I had to let the technician back to the property.

UPDATE Oct, 2018: With the assistance of the BBB, I was able to get a refund for the service call. After both people (me and Help A/C) had a chance to describe the service call to the BBB, I think Help A/C understood that, in this case, there was an unfortunate outcome of the service call. I've updated the star rating to include that I was able to find an adequate resolution.

i have using Help AC & Heating for so long I can't remember the years. The service men have always been very efficient and friendly.

I have been a customer of Help AC since 2005. The service I have received has been excellent. They come when scheduled and the technicians are very polite and knowledgeable. I have a service contract with them and get my unit serviced twice a year. Couldn't be happier with them.
