I called several local companies to help me install my new Nest thermostat, and went with Annison-Bitter since they were BY FAR the most knowledgeable about the device. Within 24 hours of calling, Tim and Caleb, the technicians, were able to come out to my house. Both were very friendly and great to work with. Tim is a fellow techie and had it installed in no time. He knew everything about the Nest, and was able to give me an excellent tutorial.

We have relied on Annison-Bitter on two occasions to install a complete heating and air conditioning system for our homes. Holden was the technician that installed both systems for us. His attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail was tremendous. Every part of the work was completed with the highest workmanship and quality. Holden made sure we installed the best unit for our home and took the time to explain all of the features of the unit. We particularly enjoy the ability to control the unit from our phone when we’re away from home. As with all skilled trades, you find a good one and you stay loyal. Annison-Bitter falls in that category. Called at 10:30 to schedule service (no heat), they set my window same day for 11:00-2:00, and provided a 20 minute call ahead. Tim showed up on time, very professional and friendly throughout. He was extremely experienced and knew how to quickly isolate the problem and solve it. Definitely recommend!

Annison-Bitter installed my Trane unit in 2015. Since then I’ve had nothing but the highest level of customer service from them. Their maintenance plan is affordable and service tech Trey is top notch! There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for as long as they have. A+ and highly recommended!

I called this company and received a quote, the quote was $1500 less than 1hr air it still was over $3000 but it was a better price. They came out on time fixed the problem and charged what they said they would. No add on's like cental Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this company again. Wasn't the first time using them and won't be the last.
