We couldn’t be happier with our AC replacement done by the crew at Wilkins Services! They showed up exactly when they said they would be there, and the installation looks, and works, perfect. You can tell that they take great pride in the work they do, and took extra steps to ensure that they kept our carpet clean, not only beneath the attic access, but all the way out the door. I will definitely recommend Wilkins Service to any of my friends or family members that need an AC installation, repair, or replacement.

I was searching for a company to come and check my parents unit asap because the unit was running constantly and was in bad shape in the attic. Wilkins was recommended and Chad contacted me immediately and within an hour he was at my parents home checking the unit for me. Turns out the unit needed some TLC which Chad did some temporary repairs that night to hold us over and immediately got the parts ordered to repair. Then within 5 days once all the parts came in, we were repaired 100%. The level of professionalism and customer service is above and beyond any HVAC company that I ever dealt with. We 1000% recommend Wilkins hands down.

Adam came out Sunday when my unit was freezing up took the time to figure out what my issue was then made us comfortable until they could come back Monday to install the part we needed to permanently fix the issue.
