Champion City is first class. Derek was very professional and kept in constant communication through the entire process. The quality of work was top notch and steps above other HVAC contractors I have worked for in the past. I would recommend Champion City to anyone looking for professionalism and quality at a very reasonable cost.

My A/C unit went out (on a hot day in June). A quick phone call and they were at my house in under an hour and had it back up and running in 20 minutes. To top it off, Derek was kind and personable too. Can’t ask for any better than that! Highly recommend.

Two years ago, I called Derek at Champion City for a spring A/C check-up and recharge. He told me I had a small leak but it would last a little while longer. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit right then, he charged it up. Last year it only needed a recharge.
We called him again last month for a recharge, and this time it was time to replace. He got us a new unit within days and installed it in one day. He is honest and fair, does what he says he is going to do, when he says he's going to do it. He either answers his phone or returns calls promptly. He doesn't leave you hanging. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
