Not satisfied with service. Was charged $600 for Level 4 "repair service" and in 1 hour I only received refrigerant, an electrical check of condenser and components in the unit outside. Nothing was repaired. Supposed to do a cleaning of condenser coil and the cover was never removed. NEVER AGAIN.

I will trust Annison-Bitter for their quality of work and professionalism for all my future A/C & Heat needs for my business and home. Highly recommend these guys!

Called them the day after Hurricane Ida rolled through and had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Can't get any better than that.
