Butcher Air Conditioning

We had Butchers replace our 25+ yr old attic heating / cooling ducts. We had the AAAA Team+ on site!!. The work was performed at cost (no surprises), without mishap, and under the estimated time to perform. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we had a team of 4 young GENTLEMEN, Jose, Kyle, Stevie, and Justin who work as a TEAM, communicated as a team, and planned out the execution of the scheduled work. MOST importantly, they communicated to / with the homeowners, treated out home with the utmost respect, and maintained a clean workplace in the attic and downstairs within the living area. HATS OFF to this group of young men and Butchers!!

Absolute best new Trane AC a few years ago, HVAC regular maintenance since then. Courteous, reliable, professional. In previous homes I have had other AC companies, but Butcher is the best combination of sales, service, regular maintenance.

This is by far the best AC-Heating company I’ve ever dealt with.

Everything from initial phone call to installation went without any issues.

Ryan Haydel stopped by and looked over the system, we went over some choices on how to get my AC repaired, but in the end we decided a while new system was in order. I went with a Trane AC and Heater.

They arrived early in the morning (a Sunday) to start the installation and worked non-stop until late afternoon.

The installation team was friendly, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up everything at end if day and were happy to explain anything I asked.

Ryan stopped by a couple of times during the day to check on things. He was really good at explaining everything that was going to be done and assured me I’d be up and running at end of day.

They even came by and installed window units the day before, so we had at least a cool evening prior to them arriving the next morning.

This is a great company. I’m sure there are cheaper alternatives, but I doubt anyone can give you this level of service.

We had to buy a new AC Unit for our home after ours was around 30 years old and finally in need of upgrading, and Butchers AC made everything so easy from quick trip out to try to repair old one, and then later that day a salesman, and then the guys coming out next day to put in new AC unit. The ones putting in the unit were very professional and made sure everything was done right and started early in morn and worked till around 1-2pm before showing me everything and getting me comfortable with new thermostat and system. Everything up and running and couldn’t be happier with overall process. I definitely recommend if someone in need of service!

Butcher did a very good job on the installation of a replacement air-conditioning and heating system for my mother’s home. The crew showed up well prepared and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the way this project was managed and executed.

Don Keenum, Service Technician was very thorough in repairing the problem. He had to endure very warm temperatures and high humidity, but never complained.
Afterwards, he took time to explain the nature of the problem and was very personable and customer oriented..

The service technician arrived ready to work. He was polite and professional. Issues with my A/C system were addressed and hopefully resolved.

Darian was wonderful. He was extremely polite and professional and very thorough. He updated me as he made progress and I appreciated his persistence and patience in helping me resolve a thermostat issue (which included talking to my home warranty company)! Butcher is very fortunate to have employees like him. He is exemplary of the quality of work you can expect from their company and I’d highly recommend for any HVAC needs!

My AC went out over the weekend. Butcher sent out a very professional technician, Donald Keenum. He explained the problem to me and made repairs in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service.
