Very pleased at how friendly and helpful James Sweat (technician) was. He answered any questions I had and he even made several suggestions on how to help cool off the house better(add better insulation, add black out shades, turn ac vents to blow away from the wall) Will recommend Butcher to anyone who needs. I have made a career in the service industry for the last 24 years and a customer of Butcher Air Conditioning for over 15 years. My wife and I just had our second complete air conditioning system installed by butcher air conditioning. This time we also changed out the trunk and all duct lines. The old saying of you get what you pay for definitely holds true with our experience of this installation. Top quality equipment installed or should I say tackled by a NASCAR like pit crew of professionals. Down to the last fine details from sales to installation this crew from Butcher Air Conditioning was FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!!

Maybe just a scheduled service or complete system change out, they are great are explaining everything.

Brett was on time, courteous, and professional. He very quickly diagnosed the issue which turned out to be a simple fix. The price was less than I thought and very fair. I will definitely use this company again.

Want to thank Zack and Kyle for the great service in installing our new AC unit. They both went over and beyond in responding to our needs. Zack was very precise in explaining the construction and operations of the new Trane unit. EXCELLENT service and meticulous in their workmanship and cleanliness.

Jesse came out on a Saturday and replaced the motor on my unit. He was professional and friendly. This guy takes pride in his work and is definitely an asset to the company. If I ever have a problem again I will be requesting him.

I would highly recommend the crew that included Joey, Seth, Tyler and Colby. They came in and completed the job in less time than they said it would take. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my liking and explained the process of what needed to be done. At the end of the day everything was cleaned and removed. They did a wonderful job!!!
