Jack was my technician and he did amazing. Was very sweet and came out multiple times even though u was having trouble getting my electric turned on. Truly a heaven sent. You should request jack patterson if you need someone to come out!

Butcher Air Conditioning replaced my old unit and I've been extremely pleased. The installation process was flawless. Ryan Haydel is first class. He's very knowledgable and has the unique ability to connect with customers. His trouble-shooting skills are very impressive. Kyle and Justin (Installers) worked exceptionally well together. They arrived early, answered all of my questions, and did great work. Very professional. Very nice. I highly recommend this business. You'll have peace of mind, I assure you.

The men who put in my new ac were professional and courtesy. They explained the process if my husband or I had questions. The salesman was also great. He gave us a good deal and helped with financing.

I bought an A/C unit (indoor and outdoor) from Butcher Air Conditioning. I've had a few issues with the indoor unit (the coil) over the last few years. Every time I've called Butcher, they have had someone come out to my house the same day, or worst case, the next day. The techs are friendly, knowledgable and professional. Each time they've quickly diagnosed the problem and had the issue fixed the same day. In addition to the excellence I've come to know and expect from the techs, the management has gone above and beyond to help me. Mechanical components can break, so what I look for is a company that stands behind their products and will do everything they can to provide excellent value and service. Butcher Air Conditioning is that kind of company. I will never deal with anyone else, and highly recommend them.

Mike & Averey showed up on time for our 7:00AM appointment. They showed professionalism every step of the way. From placing drop cloths on the floor to avoid getting my floors dirty, washing their hands along the way to avoid getting items dirty and cleaning up after themselves every step of the way.
They showed me how to use my unit, explained placement of where my new filter is located, and how to change the batteries in my new thermostat.
Mike & Avery were easy to communicate with and very easy going. Mike took his time to show Averey a few things here and there. Mike even trimmed a few tree branches around my outside unit. They went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful to now have a new working unit. Will definitely recommend Butcher to friends and family for years to come.

From Ryan’s assessment and recommendations to technicians Don and Paul to installers Eric and Charlie, I have been so pleased with first the insulation blown under my 100 year old cypress home to changing the duct work and venting to an a/c fan part today. What I appreciate most is the urgency in which the team addressed my emergency need of remedying the water dripping in my living room. Each one of the men were personable, polite, and considerate of my uneasiness with such a grand scale endeavor. When the job was complete everything was cleaned-up, packed out and with easy convenient payment options I had brand new and improved attic duct work and insulation. Bobby, rest assured your team is excellent and they each do fine work and for this reason I enrolled in your maintenance program to know my equipment will be kept clean and always in good operating condition. Ryan came out to our home at 7:30 on a Friday night and 12 hours later our service crew arrived to install a brand new unit. They were done in about 6 hours! Very professional and hard workers. I believe Andrew was our technician but I might have gotten his name wrong. Anyway, he was great! Very kind and helpful with explaining the new unit and thermostat features. Great young man. Would definitely use these guys again. To have a brand new unit orders abs installed within 12 hours on Labor Day weekend was nothing short of incredible. Thank you guys so much! The unit works great and we couldn’t be more pleased. Slept like babies in comfort!

A professional and knowledgeable company that does things right from the start. I purchased a new AC this past year from them and they came prepared with everything they needed and got the job done before 5 pm! I’ve seen other companies come unprepared to the job and have to make several trips to get the parts leading to a delay in servicing my unit but this isn’t the case with Butcher, highly recommend them!
