Comfort Tech A/C & Heating exceeded my expectations today. My family returned from two weeks of travel to an inoperative AC unit during a record heat wave. My initial phone call was met with prompt, same day scheduling and text messages were received to update the arrival timeline of the technician. Once at my house, the technician (Todd) was very thorough, professional, and took his time to fully troubleshoot and identify the issue talking me through everything he was working on. Thank you!

I would consider comfort tech in the future, but am not convinced to be a lock.

The technician was friendly, professional and through, but ultimately required an avoidable second visit after maintenance. The company did not charge me for the follow-up (after some discussion) and only for the parts (fair). The markups were $120/unit coolant and $200 capacitor, and with a little calling around you can find coolant for closer to $60per and the capacitor for <$25.

Quick and fair estimate for complete HVAC replacement.
The installation was done on time and looks great.
The installation techs were personable, curious, and everything was clean when they were finished. I would recommend and use them again.

Josh is very honesty and efficient. I appreciate him coming all the way to Phoenix, La to service my unit. He had the unit up and running within an hour. Other companies gave me the run around for months. He definitely has a new customer for life. Thanks again !

Ryan and Troy installed our new A/C unit and they were great. They were professional and thorough and really took pride in their work. I usually deal with Josh and he also exhibits those same qualities. Comfort Tech is a well run company and I trust them completely with my Heating and A/C needs.

Appointment was set immediately when I called. Estimates and updates for appointments are available via text & email, including a link to tech location when they are on the way. Timely, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
