Comfort Tech A/C & Heating

We needed to replace our unit and redo some duct work - all of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. They were not the cheapest quote but they werent the most expensive either. Truthfully we chose to go with them because they the salesman didnt give us sleezy car salesman vibes like the others. I'm glad we did. The installers were great and explained everything to me and my husband. The owner has returned all of my calls and answered all of my questions. All of them have been very patient with my nit picking and a couple of days after install i felt like one room was getting less air than others and they sent someone out the same day to take a look. Would absolutely recommend.

The Level of professionalism is unmatched!! Central Air unit was not working it’s June 1 and feels like August 1…. The Tech found the problem quickly.
I’m in Metairie, the part was in BR, the scheduler, Kayla for Comfort Tech was able to get the part to the tech here in Metairie the next morning June 2 !!
They went the extra mile for sure to get my central air unit back in Service and Making nice ice Cold Air !!Awesome Job !!

David did a quick diagnostic of my unit. Told me what the issue was. It’s something I can do. Service fee charge was very reasonable. I now have a preferred A/C company.

David was great, and had my AC back running very quickly. Professional service communication, and clarity in the services performed and the associated billing.

I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. He knew what was wrong in 10 minutes. He changed what needed to and added freon. I won't call anyone else.

I have used Comfort Tech on many occasions, and they always meet my expectations! They're always timely and come out at the most random times, whenever I call!

Comfort Tech installed my unit 5 years ago. They have be called out 6 times since than for issues. In Nov I paid $588 for repair of burnt wires. The unit worked for 2 weeks. Came back out tech didn't see anything wrong. Change something under warranty. The unit was work for a hour. Call again, someone did come out right away. Said it was an issue with the thermostat. In the past I would have to set the temp to 69 to be comfortable to sleep now the unit has to be set below 65. Ridiculous!!!! **************UPDATE. 12/15/22. they had to come out again. 4th time in less than 30 days. That's all I will say because its Christmas time and I don't want to be rude but you get it.

Comfort Tech A/C was awesome . Very responsive and on time . Josh and crew treated me right . Total install and blowing cool in a day . I received quotes from 5 different contractors and I was most confident in comfort tech with the consultations I was given . Thank you guys

I appreciate Comfort Tech's service & maintenance plan! They are always professional & come out in emergency situations, i.e. air conditioning out in July emergencies! to diagnose & assist with repair. I will continue to remain a customer & maintenance plan participant! I also appreciated David's professional service & personalableness. I also appreciate the text notice when David was on his way, & comfort tech's willingness to work with my schedule.
