Unresponsive. Not returning phone calls. They
installed the AC three years ago. We have the evaporator under warranty which is not functional. Danny won’t return messages and is ignoring my calls.

Your representative tuned my htg. & a/c systems to perfection as usual. As always, the system operates much more quietly after an Alliance tune-up.
