Comfort Tech A/C & Heating

Quick response as always. I switch to Comfort Tech a little over a year ago when the dealer we purchased the system from totally dropped the ball. Their techs are always friendly and professional. When it comes to work, the manager Josh is passionate about doing things right. He and his team go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Looking forward to doing business with Comfort Tech for years to come.

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable when he did the initial assessment on my a/c unit. My job was fairly complex but Josh knew exactly what to do to get airflow to my den which was a converted garage. He even set up an appointment to have my contractor at the house so could explain what was needed for an additional return. He made sure everything was right before the installation.

Once the assessment was completed, he explained in “layman’s” terms what was needed and the cost. They also have financing which took 2 minutes.

When it was time to install the system, his team was prompt, knowledgeable, there were 5 guys to work on my massive overhaul. They worked nonstop for 2 days and I hardly knew they were in the house they worked so quietly. They too were very professional and knowledgeable!

When the job was finished, the team again explained what was done and showed me how to work my new thermostat.

Last but not least, the receptionist was also warm and prompt when returning calls and relying information to Josh and the team.

I will definitely use Comfort Tech again and recommend them to family and friends!

I am in an ill state. David was kind quiet and very nice. Went through process of cleaning unit quickly. Recuperating from surgery in this heat is not ideal. I have been with comfort tech nearly 10years no plans on changing.

After calling several AC companies with no call back, Comfort Tech allows self booked appointments which put me at ease. Tech arrived on time, was very friendly and explained my unit to me. I even signed up for their maintenance plan!

This review is several days late but I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It began with the amazing customer service from Kayla who was able to schedule me in same day to have Todd come out to assess and check on my HVAC unit. Kayla was friendly, professional, and courteous on the phone. She documented everything and also emailed me additional information I requested while we were discussing the issues I was experiencing. Todd came out promptly at the scheduled time. Once he arrived he quickly identified the issue, addressed any concerns I had and not only walked me through the repair and maintenance process but also explained the process to make sure all my questions were answered. He was upfront and honest with me about all the things being worked and showed me pictures before and after. He also called me several days later to ensure that I was not having any recurring issues which shows their dedication to their service and their customers. My issues were 100% resolved and would definitely recommend their services without hesitation.

Peak season and able to make it same day for the work. Great technician, Scott was really informative and efficient in his work. I called a number of companies and Comfort Tech was the only one that could make it same day.

David was really professional and efficient. He explained the repairs to me in detail and answered all of my questions. The young lady in the office was excellent as well. I had a great overall experience with Comfort Tech!

I've been burned by several different companies who've not been true to their word or commitment, in the past.
Suffice it to say, when I decided to purchase and have installed a whole home dehumidifier, I vetted several companies before I landed on Comfort Tech.
Marc and Russell were my point guys.
They came in, asseded my property and gave me a very clear and precise explanation for what was needed, some items I knew needed attention yet I chose not to expose to them. However, it was refreshing to see that their expertise and keen knowledge picked up on those items and they went well beyond what I expected.
I decided to use the service of Comfort Tech and I am quite pleased.
I will continue to use them for all of my property needs. That means an awful lot to me because I am all too aware of dissatisfaction with unreliable untrustworthy companies.

Comfort Tech services the facility I work at and they are wonderful. The company is easy to work with. Scheduling is a breeze. They are quick to respond to needs. I always have the same technicians who are familiar with our building, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them for commercial use.
