Top quality service and Troy Robert takes pride in his work. He performed maintenance on my unit for the winter and did some steps in the process I've not seen done before. Josh has the company moving in the right direction. Highly recommend!

Omg words can’t explain how excellent the customer service is and how friendly and courtesy the receptionist was when I call on the phone . On top of that ! How courtesy ,friendly and outstanding the technicians guys were that came out to my house . They was on time before the time that was given to me . They kept on until they was able to diagnose what was the main problem on my heater system. Todd and I believe his name was name was Ryan did everything thing they could do to find out why my heater system wasn’t working properly . And guess what ? They did find what was causing my heater not to function properly . They charge me a reasonable price too . I’m so happy I went with the company. Yes I would refer them and use their service again. Thank you so very much for outstanding service.

Josh and his staff are true professionals. Due to me having insurance issues, 6 months passed from the time Josh gave me a quote to the time of the install. No matter how many times I called in with questions, I was always treated fair and spoken to respectfully. I was expecting the install to take 2 days due to the scope of work. My entire inside and outside system plus ducts needed to be replaced. The installers showed up on time in the morning ready to work and didn't leave until the job was complete after sun down. I haven't had an ac system for the last 9 months and mentioned they could come back another day if needed. However, they made it their priority to make sure I had a 100% working ac system before they left no matter how long it took. Kudos to the installers for sacrificing time away from their families and working late to get the job completed. I can't thank the entire staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with enough for their effort and willingness to help my family be comfortable again. I highly recommend to give Josh and his team at Comfot Tech a call if you are having problems with your system!
