Furnace quit the day before closing on the sell of our daughters house. Phoenix technician responded quickly, determine the problem and replaced the failed blower motor. The tech "Brad" was knowledgeable and courteous.

They took excellent care of me and for the others in my community who've used them.

The apartment complex that I rent from uses this company to service their tenants. I had a scheduled appt today for a replacement and asked the tech to wear shoe covers when walking on livingroom floor and he told me " I ain't wearing shoes covers " Then he said he would ask maintenance for a tarp and " try" to avoid the area. He asked to take a look at the area I reluctantly let him take a peak and walked
on my floor with his shoes uncovered. He went outside to gather materials and I asked him again "what did you say about wearing show covers?" He then raised his voice in my house and said "ma’am are you trying to argue with me"? I replied NO I'm trying to see how you you can tell me what you are going to do in my house. How dare he try to insert DOMINANCE IN MY HOUSE. I had my own shoe covers I was providing I just needed them worn when he was on my carpet. When the other occupant of my home asked if tbere was a problem, he gathered his stuff left the furnace and supplies outside my unit and left! Lol. I have another appt tomorrow so that's two days I had to give to this company and I am not happy about it!!!! I will never recommend them.

Jeremy Hickman was very professional and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and willing to walk me through what was going on.

When they installed my new furnace and air-conditioning 11 years ago.. they took 2 days.. after 6 months ..I noticed they failed to connect a duct pipe.. making the basement recipient of my bedrooms heat.. they failed to get a permit from the county. They failed to fill out the proper paperwork for my 10 year warranty. Which meant I only has a 5 year warranty and about 2 months after the 5 year warranty expired. The collector failed.i called them and had to pay over
$ 500.00 to get it replaced. For the last 4 years..I have topped off my condensor..I found out my A coil is leaking ..slow..but every 2 weeks I have to top it off. Ridiculous. I would NEVER EVER use them again. They even called me up and ask me about a warranty program to purchase.

Nothing but great things to say after Phoenix and crew dealt with a new re-install on our complete system. Brett was hands down beyond professional and honestly a all around friendly guy. Nancy in the office was communicating up untill the install.
If you have residential needs, Phoenix should definitely be on the top of your list, make sure to ask for Brett!!!

Our ac was not working on the hottest day of the summer and even worse this happened on a Saturday night. We called for help after 8:00pm and got a return call within 10 minutes and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes. Dustin arrived when promised and fixed the problem quickly. The charges were very fair and reasonable and service was beyond incredible! Thank you Dustin. Because of you, Phoenix Comfort Systems will be our preferred service provider for all heating and cooling needs.

They made short work of adding a Furnace Mounted Humidifier at our home. Nancy was quick to coordinate schedules and Jeremy & Steve were very professional while performing the work. Will be using them again for future HVAC needs.

I have a contract with Phoenix to service my heating and air units twice a year. They are totally reliable, truthful and competent. I like having the contract because they can tell you of any problems that may cause an expensive repair in future that you can avoid with regular maintenance.

Stay away from this place. While they did arrive on time as promised they charged me $254.00 for a capicitor. I cab buy the exact same part for $21.00. Then they charged $170.00 for one pound of r22 refrigerant. They are into price gouging. When i called to ask about this i was told thats just what we charge and there is a reason why although the only reason given was that just what we charge. Will be filing complaint with BBB.
