My experience has been great!
I had a whole home humidifier, and purifier installed and I'm very happy with the quality snd service I received.
Brad was very helpful productive, professional, and kind.
I'll definitely be using Phoenix comfort services in the future!

They did a wonderful job fixing our AC unit. They talked us through what was going on & we’re very thorough. They responded in a more than reasonable time frame. Would HIGHLY recommend using them!

Alex and Brad came to my house to address an issue with the dehumidifier and the humidifier that are installed in my HVAC system. They did a good job; the system is working great now. I’m sure I’ll use Phoenix Comfort Systems if I have future HVAC needs.

Brad came out and knocked it out of the park! Got a brand new A/C and furnace put in. Installed a Google Nest thermostat. Fixed plumbing/ routing of wires, lines, and ducting. I knew it was going to be a tough project, other companies walked away from it but Phoenix showed up and got it done! So happy with the final result.

Our new HVAC system wasn’t wired correctly when installed, so we called Phoenix. They were able to schedule us sooner than we expected and Brad arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repair. Very courteous and professional. Will use Phoenix again for sure!

Brad and Jacob have both helped us before. They were both very professional.
Brad went out of his way to get a part we needed so that the job could be completed on a Saturday. When one parts store was closed, he drove to Covington to retrieve the part and kept us updated the entire time. He was friendly and completed the job quickly.

Brad and Jeremy were great!!! They did a wonderful job and we had a few laughs. I will be recommending Phoenix to all my friends and family.
