Mr. Chadwell was very persistent at finding and resolving a very complex issue. He didn't give up until we were 100%. Also, was very quick to respond and schedule appointments. Their office staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Chadwell Comforts installed our Lennox HVAC system. The level of integrity and honesty that the owner (Stephen Chadwell) displayed exceeded the highest expectations. They did a nice job on the installation and cleaned and hauled away everything. The owner was very knowledgeable, patient and arrived on time. The job was phenomenal & staff worked quickly to complete the install in one day. We highly recommend this company.

First off i want everyone to know that reads this, I am employed here! I’m currently a two year Apprentice HVAC Helper. This is my career. I’ve worked at countless HVAC companies in Louisville, KY. Not a single one of them has given the effort and time that Chadwell Comforts has given to me. The owner is much more outstanding and undoubtedly the best company i have ever worked for hands down. Chadwell did a great job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were on time, fast, and efficient. Will use them again if I ever have to have my HVAC serviced.

Stephen came out to make a repair to our heating. He was very professional and made us feel at ease since the repairs would be done while my wife was home. Very clean and did a great job. Definitely pays to feel trust in your service providers. We had been waiting for weeks to have another company take care if it and got tired of waiting. He was also able to make some recommendations for repairs that we may want to consider in the future in order to make the system more efficient, but wasn’t pushy about it either. Will be using them from here on out. Thanks!

Chadwell Comforts spent a lot of time on the phone helping to resolve my concern before I ever scheduled a first appointment. I appreciated his time to help me find a resolution. He is now my HVAC representative for future maintenance issues.
