Steven and his worker, John were extremely dedicated in making sure l got a heating system in on the day it was scheduled. Although my home warranty company made an error in purchasing the wrong furnace, Steven worked with them and, made sure the company corrected it so they could install my system. I can't thank them enough for their patience, understanding and realuzong the importance of me having heat after almost two months of using space heaters. So, many million mints of thanks to Steven and John for their help in distressing and putting me back in a safe environment. I highly recommend this company to anyone who need services in this area!!

Chadwell was very professional and checked with our home warranty company several times to ensure that our needs were going to be met in a timely manner. They installed a brand new furnace for us. I would like to acknowledge Steven Chadwell and his services. We were experiencing a smell coming through our vents, not knowing if it was toxic, on a Sunday evening. I contacted Steven to see if he was available to check out our system. On a Sunday evening he came to our house and assured me that we were safe from any toxins and he would order a part on Monday for the HVAC system. Chadwell comforts has excellent customer service and Stephen is great at his job. He strives to do the best and he always comes through. He helped us keep our old one going until we we're able to purchase a better unit. He came out and stayed all day to make sure it got done and we didn't go without air. Chadwell Comforts was wonderful! We went 9 days total without heat due to a previously assigned hvac company. Chadwell rescued us and had us up and running quickly! Very professional, thorough and even found a small gas leak the other company missed. They are invaluable and I would recommend d them 100 times over!!

We were routed to Chadwell through our warranty company after another company couldn't get out to us for another 36 hours. Chadwell made the effort to get us on their schedule for the same day on a late call. Then came back the next day to fully fix the problem LG&E had with our furnace not being up to code. They also identified an old motor issue and put in the work order to get that taken care of at the time and not have to deal with another furnace issue in the coming weeks or months.

All in all, we had a couple of cold nights but they got things fixed as quickly as possible, and they were great at getting back in touch with us about time frames without sounding frustrated at us for calling back--from the scheduling crew to the field manager.

Great customer service! From my initial call until the owner drove out of my driveway the service was top notch. We will definitely keep his information to pass along and to use to maintain our system.

Steve was fantastic. Punctual, professional, everything you expect and want from a home service provider.
