The owner is extremely honest and works hard to gain the customer trust... extremely knowledgeable and cares about his company's reputation... he fixed the problem that my split heat pump unit had in less then 2 hours after Milburn heating and cooling replaced my internal unit (warranty company customer) and made 5 trips / few thousands of dollars later and still had the same exact problem... but, Chadwell came in and fixed the problem in less then 2 hours... thanks!!!
