We had a totally new Amana split system installed with properly sized total new duct work for a 46 year old house. Total comfort now. Cools and heats evenly. Craftsmanship and attention to detail was unmatched. I Highly recommended this company.

They showed up exactly on time when they said they would. They wore shoe covers to keep the area clean and checked in with me throughout the day to keep me up to speed with their progress and make sure I was onboard. They left the area very clean. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

This is a great company for HVAC repair and replacement. I really can't say enough about how professional, helpful and dedicated Mike and his crew are to outstanding customer service. They came recommended to me about 10 years ago on a 10 year old AC system (that was here with the house when I bought it 5 years previous) repair job. These guys are a FIX IT FIRST type of business that wants to save you money if possible by repair. The big outfits in Lexington want to just replace no matter what. They fixed my AC back then quickly and inexpensively. It functioned great for another 10 years after the repair until just about a week ago. My furnace was about the same age and it was starting to go downhill too. My AC went out right before the Memorial Day weekend. So I called them again and Tim came out to try and fix it. We tried a new capacitor to see if if that was it, but sadly the AC was just at the end of it's life, the fan motor and most likely the compressor were going to need replaced. Given the age of the whole system I decided it was time to replace. Mike Hartung came out ON Memorial Day to take a look and give me an estimate for whole system replacement. I had spoken with several friends who had their systems replaced by the big companies in town, and the price from Mike was definitely lower for similar size systems from those guys. 2 days later the crew showed up on time at 8am . They were really friendly and very professional. By mid afternoon I had a new Goodman HVAC system up and running. I'm very happy with the whole process and I would definitely recommend Bernie Hartung and Associates to anyone.
